Get Rhythm with Eric Vermillion
What if you could hear the music differently — and actually translate what you hear into your body?
Eric brings his background as a drummer and musician into the dance floor, helping you develop a deeper understanding of rhythm, musical structure, timing, and musicality.
Through movement-based exercises and practical dance application, you’ll learn how to listen to the music, recognize the rhythms and accents that inspire movement, and use what you hear to make your dancing more intentional and expressive.
This class is about more than simply staying on beat. It’s about developing your musical ear, strengthening your connection to the music, and discovering how rhythm can change the way you move, interpret, and experience your dance.
